Soquel High Fund Meeting - May 9
All parents welcome! Please join the SHF, Principal Atlansky and our amazing Student Leadership Representative for our short, monthly meeting to discover what is happening at your student’s school and learn how you can support our students. The meeting is on Wednesday, May 9th from 7-8pm in the SHS Library.

Annual Golf Tournament is Here! - May 11
Please join us on Friday, May 11th, for a golf tournament at Delaveaga Golf Course, which will be followed with a BBQ and music. Registration is at 12:00 with a shotgun start at 1:00. The BBQ starts at 5:30 p.m.

This is a nice way to support our school, as this is the most important fundraising event of the year. In addition, this fundraiser will support students, who will be competing to receive a $200 reward for whichever class is able to recruit the most participants. These funds will help the class offset the cost of their prom. To register as a golfer or sponsor (or both!), please go to the Golf Tournament page of the SHS website, and please be sure to indicate on the registration form which class (9th, 10th, 11th or 12th) referred you.

Can’t attend the tournament or BBQ but still want to support SHS? Donate a bottle of wine, or a gift certificate to a local business for the raffle!! Please email Christie Donaldson at for donation pick up.

River Health Day - May 12
These monthly events are great community service opportunities. Events occur along the banks of the lower San Lorenzo River near the Santa Cruz Riverwalk. Equipment, gloves and refreshments are provided. The next event is Saturday, May 12 from 9:30am to noon. For more information check out the Coastal Watershed website or Facebook page.
