Scholarships for Seniors!
Hey Class of 2020, would you like to be nominated for scholarships? Please be sure to complete the Senior Scholarship Profile. The scholarship committee starts meeting later this month, and wants to give away money, but they we need student profiles! Click here to fill out the Profile Form.

Performing Arts Building Committee

Our first meeting will take place on Thursday November 7, 2019 @ 6:00 pm in Room 312

Discount Car Wash Tickets on Sale
Cruz Car Wash tickets for sale! If you purchase a "Steamer Lane" (formerly the "Whole Enchilada") wash from the Grad Night Committee, for $30 (same price you would pay at the car wash), Cruz Car Wash will generously donate $10 of the purchase price to our Grad Night fundraiser. College Rep Visits - Oct 21

Winter Sports Sign-Ups - Oct 22
Sign ups for winter sports (Soccer, Wrestling, Basketball) will be Tuesday, October 22nd in the first quad at lunch time.

College Day - Oct 23
Students should come out to first quad at lunch on Wednesday, October 23rd to hear alumni talk about their campus experience. Many campuses will be represented!

Grad Night Tickets on Sale - Oct 24
Grad Night tickets will be sold on Thursday, October 24th in the quad during break. Tickets are $150 each, and may be purchased with cash, check or credit card. Ticket price goes up to $175 on December 1st, so don't wait!

Community Coffee Forum - Oct 25
The next Community Coffee Forum w/ Principal is scheduled for Friday, October 25, 8:45am - 9:45am in Room 107. Focus: Resources for Struggling Students. Please join us to find out more about various ways students can find assistance with Academics, and social emotional well being.

Cabrillo’s College and Career Night - Oct 28
College and Career Night @ Cabrillo is Monday, October 28th from 6-8pm. Stop by the counseling department for more information.

AP Exam Fees Due - Nov 1
Viviana is accepting payment for AP exams until November 1st in room 101 or 107. Fees are as follows:
$94/exam - Standard
$53/exam - Free and Reduced Lunch
$20/exam - SHS Scholarship (see Mr. Kendall or Viviana)

Grad Night Meeting - Nov 5
Senior parent interested in helping to plan the Class of 2020's safe and sober Grad Night are encouraged to attend the next meeting on Tuesday, November 5th from 7-8pm.  The meeting will be held on campus, room TBD.  Questions?  Contact Jenni Deeter at jdeeter@pacbell.net
